Check the boxes above to view the route options PSE is currently considering, as well as photo simulations of the upgraded transmission lines.

PSE’s preference is to use the existing transmission line corridor. The Willow 1, Willow 2, Oak 1 and Oak 2 route options reflect this value and vary in the Factoria area of Bellevue. These route options are being evaluated in the Environmental Impact Statement process (EIS).

The Willow 2 preferred route responds to what we heard through the first phase of the EIS process and community feedback by limiting pole heights and effects to Eastside neighborhoods and the environment.

PSE also submitted two East Bellevue Community Council 'bypass' route options to be evaluated in the EIS. These bypass routes were developed to avoid risking a potential project delay due to permitting.
